Restaurants, attractions and more in downtown Chicago!
Located next to Chicago's lakefront, Grant Park is one of the city's best public
tourist attractions. Home to Buckingham Fountain and the
Art Institute of Chicago, the park has a long history dating back to the mid
19th century.
As part of Chicago's museum campus (home to the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium,
and much more), Grant Park is the center of Chicago's cultural identity. Each year, many free, annual public
events are held in the park, including the Taste of Chicago, Jazz Fest,
and Celtic Fest (see the video below).
About This Video
Celtic Fest features traditional Celtic music, dancing, food and drinks. The annual Chicago Celtic Fest is held in
Grant Park (downtown Chicago) and features local music and artists. Dolores O'Riordan
(from the Cranberries) headlined the main stage.
This video was filmed in September, 2007.
